Torico started playing football at the age of seven in the Police Athletic League (PAL) lead by the Eastside Cowboys, The Saints, and Detroit Dragons. He played seven years for PAL in different positions including, kick return, cornerback, and front return. He was named M.V.P. 


At his high school, Torico was a three sport varsity athlete.  He started playing at the varsity level during his sophomore year.  His many accolades include winning Offensive of Back of the Year, Defensive of Back of the Year, and the team was All-Mac White League Champions.  During his senior year, Torico led the state in touch downs, special team touch downs, and kick return touch downs. Torico will attend Grand Rapids Community College on a scholarship.


Torico’s enjoys spending time with friends and family. He thanked his uncles, Tone, Eric, and Demetrius; his head coach Tom Milanov, Coach Kolpak, Coach Drew, Coach Wooster and Coach Frank. He thanked his family: his mother Shafina, three little sisters, cousins, and grandmother.  Torico also thanked his teachers, Ms. Collins and Mrs. Gravel.
