Andrew was a three-year starter for the Trojans. He played two positions including defensive tackle and fullback. He was a two-way starter as a senior, helping his team achieve an 8-2 record. In his senior year, he rushed for 841 yards, 15 touchdowns, and had over 70 tackles.


Andrew also enjoyed other sports throughout high school such as wrestling, baseball, and track and field.


Andrew thanked all of his family for being there and coming to games. He especially thanked his parents for always being there for him, and supporting him over the years. He also thanked his coaches: Steve Wilson, Greg Vargas, Steve Roup, Marcus Langlois, Roque Ybarra, and gave special thanks to  Coach Larry Rueger "for not always having the nicest things to say, but pushing me to meet my potential." In addition he thanked, "all of my friends for making football something I will remember for the rest of my life." At our printing deadline, Andrew had not decided where he would play college football.
